    If the property appeared as an advertisement or article within an International Living issue you can find the issue by logging into the Members area of the website.

  • Do You Accept Property Advertisements?

    Normally, we do. Property advertisement is subject to approval by Pangea, International Living’s preferred real estate marketer.

  • How do I unsubscribe from free E-Letters?

    If you’re subscribed to any of our free e-letters (Daily Postcards and Field Notes) and would like to unsubscribe, there are two ways you can do this:

    Option 1: Each e-letter you receive has an unsubscribe link at the end of the email. Open a recent e-letter you received and scroll to the very end. In the footer of the email, you’ll find a link to unsubscribe.

  • If I give you my email address, will I receive spam emails?

    Our No Spam Pledge: International Living will never sell, rent, or otherwise abuse your e-mail address. It will be used solely for the purpose of sending you IL Postcards and updates about International Living. If you have not already done so, please whitelist our service to ensure delivery.

  • How do I unsubscribe from IL Postcards?

  • Does the conference registration fee include airfare or accommodations?

    Airfare and accommodations are not included in the conference registration fee. However, we do offer airline discount codes as well as negotiating a discounting room rate at the host hotel. The discounted room rate is subject to availability. Please book your room well in advance to avoid disappointment. You can find the latest conference details on the events section of our website.

  • Do you offer membership discounts?

    International Living magazine subscribers; Alliance Lifetime members, Real Estate Trend Alert, and Platinum Circle are entitled to discounts on conference registration fees. Please consult the individual conference promotion or contact us for complete details.

  • Do you have a discount for people on fixed income or a scholarship/sponsorship program?

    We don’t offer discounts based on income or occupation. However, we do offer substantial early bird and membership discounts. Please contact us for full details on how to get the best price for the event you’d like to attend.

  • Can I take part in an event as a speaker or a volunteer?

    We do not accept volunteers due to having a fully staffed Conference Team. If you wish to speak at an upcoming conference, please email us and tell us why you’d be a great fit.

  • Can I contact a speaker once a conference or online event is over?

    Yes, when you attend an International Living conference (both in-person or online) you will be given access to a conference workbook which includes all the speakers contact details so you can reach out directly at a later date. They will be more than happy to help with any questions you have.

  • Can I bring a guest to a conference? What will they pay?

    Yes, you can certainly bring a guest to a conference for almost half price. Please consult the individual conference promotional material on the events section of our website or contact us at 1-866-381-8446.

  • Can I apply my IL Event Credit as partial payment toward IL online conferences?

    Yes, as long as it is not one of the events put on with a 3rd party contributor. If you have an IL Conference Credit you can email the Conference Team here, phone (toll-free from the U.S. and Canada) 1-866-381-8446. A live operator is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET to help you.

  • Are the seminars tax deductible?

    In some cases, yes. Please check with your tax accountant to verify.

  • How can I use a conference voucher?

    If you have a conference voucher, you must give our events customer service team a call directly at 1-866-381-8446.

  • Who can I contact if I have and questions about events?

    You can contact the Events Team by email or give us a call (toll-free from the U.S. and Canada) 1-866-381-8446. A live operator is available Monday to Friday from 9a.m. to 5p.m. ET

  • Where can I find a calendar of events or know what’s coming up next?

    You can find a full list of our upcoming online and in-person events on the events section of our website.

  • If I attend an online event, do I have to be online the entire time? And will I have access to recordings afterwards?

    You do not have to be online for the entire time. We will give you ongoing access to the event archive within 24-48 hours of the event concluding. This includes recordings of the entire event. This way you’ll be able to go back and review any presentation you like in the future.

  • I have more than one membership with you. Can I combine the discounts offered?

    We invite you to take advantage of the greatest membership discount for which you are eligible, based on your membership status. But only one membership discount applies.

  • How do I cancel my VIP membership auto renewal?

    If you have a subscription with International Living that you would like to turn the auto renew off, you can do so by logging in to the self-service area of our members area here:

  • How do I cancel my RETA $7 trial membership?

    To stop any further charges and to cancel the auto renewal feature of your RETA membership, please follow the instructions provided below.

    If you are a Real Estate Trend Alert Member and you have further questions about a recent launch, that were not answered already through the information on the RETA website, you can log in and contact the RETA Concierge directly.

    We charge an annual maintenance fee for VIP services to allow us provide the best service possible to our members.   • How do I access the digital product I ordered?

    You can access your digital product through your member's area. Upon logging in, click on My Library" to view all of your purchased products."

  • Where Is the book I ordered?

    Shipping time depends on your address. Orders shipped within the United States usually take one to three weeks. Canada and international shipping usually takes two to four weeks. If you still have not received your product, visit our Customer Service Help Page to report the problem and provide the shipping information you included when ordering.

  • Why is Int`l Living/PSV*Int`l Living showing up on my credit card statement?

    If your credit card statement shows this charge [ Int`l Living/PSV*Int`l Living ], it means that you recently purchased the International Living magazine or another product or service from International Living. If you require details about this purchase you can contact our customer services department.

  • Why am I already receiving renewal notices?

    We send periodic special renewal offers that we believe would benefit our readers. If you wish to stop receiving renewal notices, please contact customer service.

  • What if the product I ordered won’t allow me to sign in?

    Ensure you are logged out of your International Living account and then try to log into the product just purchased using the information provided i.e. Link, username and password. If your issue persists please contact our customer service team.

  • How do I cancel my International Living Magazine Auto Renewal?

    You can do this by logging into the Members Area and going to My Account.

  • How can I cancel the charge on my card from International Living?

    We understand that International Living magazine and associated products and subscriptions are not for everyone and therefore we have made it easy for trial subscribers to cancel their subscription. Please contact us to cancel your subscription or receive a refund on any purchased product or service.

  • How can I cancel my International Living magazine subscription?

    We're so sorry to see you go; However, you can submit your cancellation request through our online contact form or call our customer service team directly at 1-800-681-2402.

  • Where do I send a product that I wish to return?

    To return a product, please first contact us to process your request and obtain a return authorization number. You can then write this return authorization number on your package. Please send a product that you wish to return to: Sisk Fulfillment International Living 1900 Industrial Park Drive Federalsburg, MD 21632.

  • How long is the money-back guarantee good for?

    Step 4: Click Update CC of the subscription you wish to update.

    Step 5: Fill out form and hit the continue button. Your credit card will now be charged on the upcoming renewal date.

    Note: If you wish your card to be charged for an unpaid renewal, please follow the instructions above and then contact us here and we will take payment.

  • How do I change my mailing address or phone number?

    If you are an International Living magazine subscriber, or have purchased any International Living product and you need to update your mailing address, you can do so by logging in to the self-service area of our members site here:

    Step 3: When you’ve logged in, go to the My Account tab at the top of the page. This will bring you to the Profile page where you can update your username, phone number and home address. We recommend using your email address as a username.

    Step 4: Update your personal information and click the Update Details button at the end of the page.

  • I am a new customer, what is my password?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can easily retrieve or reset it.

  • What is my Username for logging into the Members Area?

    Your Email address is your Username for logging into the Members Area.

  • What if I forgot my Username and Password?

    Your Username is your email address and you can easily reset your password.

  • Why can’t I access some parts of the website?

    Some parts of the website, such as the issue archives are for subscribers only. If you are a subscriber, and are having trouble accessing these parts of the website, please visit our Contact Us page. And if you'd like to become a subscriber please visit the Why Join page and sign up. We'd be delighted to have you on board.

  • Is there an option to print the magazine from a PDF?

    Yes, you’ll find an icon for the PDF version next to the cover of the current digital issue in the members area. You click on the icon to print the issue.

  • Why is my email address/Username not recognized on your website?

    You may have used an alternative email address for your Username when placing your order with us. Please use the email address you signed up with or placed your order with. If your issue persists please contact us.

  • I have a username and password for International Living, however, what is my username and password for Global Intelligence?

    The username and password for International Living is the same for Global Intelligence and all purchases are accessible on the IL Members website.

Bookstore

  • I have a general question about a book, kit, course or other product ordered

  • What form of payment do you take?

    We accept all major credit cards, checks, and money orders. For auto-renew we can only accept credit cards.

  • I wish to order a product that I know exists but I can’t find it on the website?

    We are continually updating and revising our products to ensure the newest, most current information is available. We may temporarily remove from our Bookstore website products that are being updated or revised until the new edition is available for purchase. If you wish to know when the most current product will be available, you can contact customer service.

  • How much should I expect to pay for shipping?

    Shipping costs vary, depending on weight of the package; however, general shipping is $7.50 for domestic products and $10 for international orders.

  • How do I get back issues?

    Past issues of International Living are available in the members area of the IL website. There is a PDF icon next to each issue which you can click on to download any issue in that format.

  • How can I make money overseas?

    International Living publishes various kits and courses on making money overseas. These products detail the many ways you can pay for your new life and travels overseas. You'll find details of these products on our bookstore.

  • Does International Living have a Twitter account?

    Yes, the media can follow International Living on our official Twitter account and see what the latest IL hot topics are. Of course, any of the media tweets can readily be retweeted to their own followers.

  • Can International Living provide me with original content?
